A 4-Day Course in Presence, Play & Self-Expression
Creativity isn’t a talent you either have or don’t have. It’s a state.
This 4-day immersive course with Vlada is for people who feel blocked, hesitant, or disconnected from their creative energy — and want to feel more alive, expressive, and confident.
Through presence work, improvisation, movement, and communication exercises, you’ll reconnect with your creativity in a grounded, playful, and practical way.
What This Course Is Really About
In this course, you’ll learn how to:
quiet self-doubt and inner criticism
respond instead of freezing or overthinking
trust your impulses
express yourself freely — without trying to be “interesting” or “good”

You’ll work on:
learning to be fully present in the moment
letting go of tension, stress, and overthinking
reconnecting with spontaneity and playfulness
Through mindfulness, creative movement, and simple exercises, you’ll rediscover ease and natural expression.
Day 2 | Imagination & Creativity

Focus: Expanding creative thinking and imagination
You’ll explore:
fantasy and visualization as creative tools
improvisation to unlock new ideas
building characters through emotion and storytelling
This day helps you access creativity without forcing it.
Day 3 | Communication & Connection

Focus: Relating to others with confidence and authenticity
You’ll work on:
clear, charismatic communication
building trust and connection in groups
developing presence in social and professional settings
using body language, voice, and energy consciously
This day strengthens how you show up with others.
Day 4 | Freedom & Self-Expression

Focus: Letting go and expressing yourself fully
You’ll explore:
improvisation as a tool for confidence
shedding self-judgment and internal barriers
trusting your instincts in any situation
